Online Candle Parties are for people who are too busy to host an in-home party or have friends and family that live too far away.
Each guest placing an order of $35 or more will be entered into a drawing for a free 16oz Crystal Air Freshener in the scent of their choice. The winner will be contacted after the party ends.

- 10% in credits for shows $99 and below
- 15% in credits for shows $100-249
- 20% in credits for shows $250 and over
Host a party today!
Credits are calculated from total sales not including shipping. Shipping charges are extra. You will receive a hostess code for your internet order customers. They will pay via the website. After your party closes, your credit total will be sent to you via email. You can then place your order via email or phone and pay the balance after your credits are used. Hostess will pay shipping charges on their orders.
Here's how it works - First, email us and let us know you're interested in hosting an online candle party. We will send you an electronic invitation that you will forward to all your friends, family, co-workers and online friends.
The invitation will have a link to Emerald Creations. It will also have hostess code that your guests will enter during the checkout process.
Every order we receive with your hostess code will be credited to your account and will earn you credits. All orders are mailed directly to the person who has placed the order.

How long will my party run? You can choose to host your party for 1-4 weeks. It's up to you!

What if some of my guests don't use the internet? Have these guests call us. We'll be happy to help them place their order. Remember to give them your hostess code in order to receive credit for their order.

Do I get additional discounts if my guests book online parties? Of course! You will receive 50% of one item for each party your guests book. (Parties must be booked within the duration of your online party)

Can I redeem my hostess credits for cash? No, all credits must be redeemed in Emerald Creations products. Credits must be used within 1 year of your party.

How will I be notified of my hostess credits? All orders received with your hostess code will be credited to your account. After your party ends, you will receive an email letting you know what your total is. You may redeem these credits online or by placing a phone order.

What if only a few of my guests participate in my party? It doesn't matter how many of your guests participate. You will receive all the hostess benefits regardless of whether you have 1 or 100 guests! Of course, the more guests you have, the more credits you can earn!

When will my guests receive their orders? All orders will be mailed 7-10 days after the end of your party.

What if one of my guests forgets to enter in my hostess code? Only orders received with your hostess code will be credited towards your account.
